Bullguard is a unique security solution that comes with lots of features that allow it to stand against other antivirus programs. It’s among the few which offers a broad range of subscription options, which include up to 15 devices with some plans.
Unlike some other antivirus software, BullGuard uses machine learning to identify and block threats before they cause significant damage. This is an excellent feature which we would like see more providers provide. The AV package also comes with various other security tools such as a secure browser (which makes tracking your web browsing difficult for the snoopers) and identity theft protection.
While the Anti-Virus package is a good choice for those looking for basic protection, we’d recommend upgrading to the Premium or Internet Security packages if you require more extensive security. These packages include additional parental control options for Android devices.
A “data leakage” tool is another feature that makes BullGuard stand out. It will notify you if it detects information like your passwords or address being leaked online. The UI is simple to use, however we’d love to see more informational content for those not familiar with cybersecurity.
BullGuard offers 24/7 customer support via live chat (English only), email, and a helpful FAQ section on its website. Users can also utilize the forum to discuss issues with other users or with the company. The only thing that’s missing is phone support but that’s not a big deal for most users.
